Allison Audiology Provides Curbside Hearing Care
Basically, curbside appointments are drive-thru audiology that allows us to serve our patient’s needs, adjust or clean their devices, or provide in-person tech support without the patient leaving their vehicle. Curbside service provides for heightened sanitation protocols and eliminates exposure to other patients as a low-contact or limited contact in-person option to meet needs like:
- Emergency Visits
- Seasonal Cleaning and Maintenance
- Annual Hearing Assessments
- Hearing Assessments for New Patients
You simply drive up, remain in your car, and our team comes out to you in order to provide the assistance you need.
Since we’re not offering burgers and fries at our drive-thru, we need to know that you are coming, so we schedule your appointment in advance, just like an in-office appointment. In contrast to an in-office consultation, whenever it is time for your curbside appointment, you park in the designated area in our parking lot and give us a call so that we know you’ve arrived.
Once we know you’ve arrived, a team member will come to your car to conduct a hearing assessment, collect your hearing devices, and bring them inside to perform repair or our custom 10-point maintenance service, or tend to whatever hearing care need that has brought you to our hearing center while you enjoy the comfort, convenience, and privacy of your vehicle.
We can bring you complimentary water, coffee, or anything that will help make you more comfortable while you wait. Just let us know when you arrive. Once we’re finished, you’re free to be on your way.
Even if you didn’t purchase your hearing device at Allison Audiology, we’re more than happy to provide the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, or hearing aid repair to you while taking advantage of our curbside service.
