Caitlin Reed
Caitlin grew up in a small town in northwest Colorado, before moving to Lake Jackson, TX where she continues to work towards her degree in Business Management.
Working as a local marketer for a large corporation, Caitlin decided to make the transition from marketing and management to audiology because of the close-knit relationships with patients and the opportunity to help make a difference in people’s lives. Though she did not have any background in healthcare, the Allison Audiology team wasted no time in helping her learn the business.
As Patient Care Coordinator at the Lake Jackson office, Caitlin spends her time ensuring that patients are taken care of in a friendly and timely manner, as well as growing relationships with new potential patients and the community. She enjoys taking the time to get to know each patient and making sure that they are comfortable during their visit.
When Caitlin isn’t at the office, she spends her time reading, travelling to her hometown, and spending quality time with her son and 4 dogs. She volunteers for local Habitat for Humanity projects and takes on new DIYs at home every weekend.
