Madeline grew up in Salisbury, North Carolina, and took an unexpected creative path before finding her place in healthcare. She spent time in Vancouver, BC, studying special effects makeup and prosthetic design, but it was the compassion and connection of the medical field that ultimately drew her in. From her very first interactions with the team at Allison Audiology, she knew she had found the right fit.

She joined Allison Audiology as a Patient Care Coordinator and, through her dedication to both patients and her team, as well as her strong passion for patient advocacy, advanced into her current role as Office Manager.

Madeline focuses on one of the most complex aspects of healthcare, insurance, working diligently to verify benefits, explain coverage in clear terms, and manage billing details. Her goal is to make each visit as smooth and stress-free as possible, so patients can focus on their hearing health instead of paperwork.

What truly sets Madeline apart is her ability to connect with people. She remembers the little things—your pets, your family, even your favorite Houston restaurants, and values those personal touches. Having seen loved ones face communication challenges, she understands how frustrating hearing loss can be. That perspective drives her commitment to ensuring every patient feels understood, informed, and comfortable from the very first interaction.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys drawing, cooking, and exploring Houston’s vibrant food scene. She’s always happy to share recommendations, especially when it comes to local favorites like Trendy Dumpling and Aga’s. She also loves spending time with family and friends, attending music festivals, and enjoying the water—whether that’s floating down a river, going scuba diving, or lounging at the pool. At home, she shares her life with Mia, her beloved chi-weenie and her 18 lb. cat named Oscar.
