Madison grew up in Woodland, Washington. She played volleyball in high school and college, where she met her husband. She lived in the Pacific Northwest until 2023, when she made the move to Texas following her husband’s work.
Madison found herself in the medical field just one month before the COVID-19 pandemic, working with developmentally disabled adults and specializing in behavioral rehabilitation. That experience shaped her deep compassion for patient care, and since transitioning into audiology, she has found a renewed passion for helping others through better hearing.
As Patient & Community Liaison, Madison is both the first and last touchpoint for patients in the office, ensuring every visit runs smoothly from start to finish. She manages scheduling, patient communication, and visit preparation with incredible attention to detail so each patient feels cared for and fully supported.
Madison is often the first to arrive each morning, going above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, even baking fresh cookies so patients immediately feel the warmth of our office. She also makes it a priority to promptly respond to any messages or emails that come in overnight, ensuring no patient ever feels overlooked.
Behind the scenes, Madison keeps everything running seamlessly. She thoughtfully prepares for each day’s schedule, coordinates with other healthcare professionals, and helps build strong relationships within the medical community to advocate for better hearing care. She also dedicates time each month to creating our patient newsletter, bringing together helpful information and updates that keep our community engaged and informed.
Madison enjoys sports and exploring the Gulf Coast area (and its food scene!) with her husband and their four rescue dogs when she is not in the office.
