Caroline grew up in Houston and attended Louisiana State University. The world of hearing care appealed to her because she wanted to do something meaningful by helping people stay connected through hearing.

Caroline’s daily responsibilities include meeting with patients and ensuring they have everything they need to get the most benefit from their hearing aids. Additionally, she often troubleshoots and performs minor repairs. The highlight of Caroline’s workday is hearing patients’ stories about how they have felt more connected to their family and friends with the help of hearing aids.

Outside of the clinic, Caroline enjoys going to concerts; eating at Houston’s amazing restaurants; exploring Houston’s museums, parks, and trails; and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
