A Message from Dr. Jana Emola-Austin

After several years working in Audiology, I purchased Allison Audiology in 2013 with the aim of building a premium private practice hearing care clinic that was different.

I didn’t want it to feel like a mundane clinic or a retail operation – I wanted it to be a place that had a vibrant personality, had a team of FUN people and attracted patients that were a delight to work with.

I’m proud that the vision has come to fruition. Our small yet wonderful team works hard in addition to the many team activities and experiences we enjoy together throughout the year

If you’re looking for a career in Audiology that is rewarding, at the cutting-edge of the industry and great fun, then you may be the perfect addition to our family!

Our Core Values

The 6 Rules We Live & Breathe

Empathetic.

Coming to terms and treating a hearing loss is a big step and a difficult pill to swallow, we offer as much emotional support as we do hearing healthcare.

Fun.

We work hard, but we also play hard – what’s the point in doing this if you don’t love it and have fun during the process?

Committed.

This is much more than addressing a hearing problem, this is a commitment and promise to the patient to be their hearing care partner for life

All Encompassing.

The patient is just one part of the jigsaw, their loved ones need just as much support and attention to truly deliver the outcome we’re all striving for.

Caring.

Without caring, everything else is pointless. We care deeply about the problem and providing a world-class solution.

Trusted.

We have helped thousands of people and families to reconnect and hear the life that they love, and we’re passionate about helping thousands more.
