Position Overview:

Allison Audiology is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated to provide comprehensive audiologic care while becoming a trusted long-term hearing healthcare partner for their patients. This role offers strong clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding private practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations

  • Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, repairs, follow-up care and more

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in Texas

  • Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary plus bonus potential $85,000-$95,000+, based heavily on experience

  • Health insurance

  • Retirement plan with employer match

  • CEU and professional licensure/association support

  • Relocation assistance available if outside the Houston metro area
