The Patient Care Coordinator is the welcoming face and voice of Allison Audiology. This position provides excellent patient service while keeping the front office organized, efficient, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally and manage patient check-in.

  • Answer incoming calls and handle patient communication with excellent phone skills.

  • Prepare patient charts and ensure required paperwork is complete.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.

  • Accurately check patients out based on insurance verification, including collecting appropriate patient balances and documenting payment information.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

  • Receive, track, and monitor incoming and outgoing hearing aid repairs.

  • Manage stock hearing aid inventory and ensure devices are properly accounted for, organized, and readily available when needed.

  • Make insurance-related calls and assist with benefit verification and documentation.

  • Communicate with patients regarding repairs, appointments, insurance, and other office needs.

  • Assist the clinical team with administrative tasks.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone, computer, and communication skills are required.

  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Dependable and able to multitask.

  • Comfortable speaking with patients, insurance companies, and vendors.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Previous medical or healthcare front-office experience preferred.
